Dear Mum, I am sitting in my backyard enjoying the beautiful sunshine. I love my new house! It’s an old house but it’s very big. It’s in a quiet street and has a front and back yard. There are lots of trees and flowers in the garden. I’m living with two other students, Nat and Carmen. Nat is from Thailand and Carmen is from Brazil. They are really nice. The house has three bedrooms. We each have our own room. There’s a sunroom at the front of the house. We have a big desk and Nat’s computer is in there. It’s a good place to study. My bedroom is next to the sunroom at the front of the house. It’s a small room but it has a nice big window. It gets lots of light. Carmen’s bedroom is next to my room. Her bedroom is very big. There’s a big bathroom opposite Carmen’s room. The house has two bathrooms. Next to the bathroom is a huge living room. We have a stereo and TV in there. Mostly we use this room for watching TV. Next to the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is old and a little dark but is very big. The dining room is between the kitchen and Carmen’s room. We don’t use this room a lot. At the back of the house are Nat’s bedroom and the second bathroom. Nat’s room is on the left. It is a nice sunny room. The second bathroom is on the right. Well, that’s my house.
