Tim and Jessica make a Cheese Omelette and a salad for their visitors from Japan. Read the recipe. You will find more information about this recipe in Activity 03. Cheese Omelette (serves 4) INGREDIENTS 8 eggs 8 tablespoons milk 1 cup cheese, grated salt and pepper to taste oil METHOD 1. Break the eggs into a bowl. 2. Beat the eggs briskly for 1 minute. 3. Add the milk, the salt and the pepper. 4. Beat the egg mixture again. 5. Heat the oil in a pan. 6. Pour the egg mixture carefully into the pan. 7. Cook the omelette slowly over a low heat until it is brown. 8. Sprinkle the cheese on the omelette. 9. Fold the omelette in half and cook until the cheese melts. 10.
