Festivals Bom Om Tuk is the most important festival. It celebrates the end of the rainy season. The Khmer celebrate water and thank their gods. The festival is for three days. Many people from all over Cambodia travel to Phnom Penh to celebrate. They celebrate with boat races and picnics. On the third day people make little paper boats and put candles in them.
